Members and friends may recall the donation to Jeecs of a plaque from Great Garden Street synagogue celebrating the life of Reverend Louis Shaposnick, former minister of Great Garden Street synagogue.  I am delighted to tell you that on Thursday 2nd April the plaque was finally placed in its new home alongside the New Road synagogue plaque in the entrance to Nelson Street synagogue.  It was a long wait, but at last the plaque has come home.  Meanwhile its officila unveiling will take place at our agm on Sunday 13th September 2009.
